Join Our Team as a Fleet Technician! 

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Fleet Technician to help keep our vehicles safe, clean, and road-ready for the youth we serve. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Complete weekly vehicle inspections, tracking costs of needed repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate the completion of all repairs and maintenance
• Monitor vehicle safety and help ensure our fleet stays compliant and dependable
• Assist with light facilities and handyman tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to identify safety or maintenance concerns
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Basic computer and Excel skills preferred
• Someone who works with professionalism, integrity, and strong situational awareness

This is a flexible part-time position with meaningful work supporting youth and the staff who serve them every day.

PERKS AND PAY: 

• $16-$19/hr starting (based on experience) 
• +$5/hr for after-hours emergency repair needs
